Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States and Canada.

Processing Times
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method chosen:
  • United States Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Canada International Shipping: 10-30 business days
Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carriers and are not strictly guaranteed.

Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Canadian Orders)
Evelyn's Farm Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please save all damaged goods, and contact us immediately at evelynsfarmdiaries@gmail.com so we can assist you.
